Meditation Exercise For Overall Well-Being

Because of the fast development in human's desire which they can have facilities things to enjoy and fulfil their desire as results to lead increase and increase human's stressful. It is likely that people have a lot of life problems such as family problems, financial problem....ect. There are many complicate problems which happen among human society. This means when people have stress, they will become anger person, moodiness and will lead them to commit suicide.   Simple tips for practice everyday life , if you have a massive stress toll. So what benefits can be experienced by sing meditation regularly?
  1. Make them become a better person by calming their mind. Make you happy, understand more about your self and people around you
  2. It is a good exercise for insomniac peopled. According to the scientist said 20 minutes doing meditate equal to 4 hours sleep.
  3. Meditation acts as a catalyst between concentration and the physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual health of the person.
  4. It a kind of cure your sickness people who have high blood pressure or diabetes. 
  5. A secret key for one of your beauty routine which helps you stay younger.
After knowing the benefit of doing meditate , now let start how to practice it. Here below some recommendation of the benefit of having a good health
  1. Preparation for simple but it will effect and powerful impact at around 10pm at night or might be later than this. Sit on the bed with back straight, palms facing upwards resting on the knees.
  2. Try to avoid any chat, phone calls, musics and any kind of sounds before and after the meditation process.
  3. In complete silence zone close your eyes and try to listen to the voice of silence , feel the silence through heart.
  4. In your spare time try to sit calm for 10-15 minutes with open eyes and give a mental command to your brain to reduce you of any unwanted negativeness.
  5. Wear comfortable clothes like lose clothes and no leather or metal on your body
  6. Breath inhaling gently and exhaling deeply
  7. 20 minutes of doing meditate equal to 4 hours sleep
  8. Reduce your stress, reduce moodiness as well physic body when you do it daily
  9. recommence to do it around 4 am to 6 am.    


It recognizes that a balance is needed between the spiritual and mundane aspects of existence. Self-realization and the welfare of the universe. Make you become a good person by understanding your self more and people around you.

Beer Vs Cider
Many people are being confused of drinking alcohol between cider and beer, which one is better? and which one is less effect ? Below there is comparison between Beer and Cider. Both of them are the most popular alcohol beverage in the world. One of the major differences between the two is in their ingredient.
  1. While beer is made from malted barley, Cider is produced from apple juice.
  2. Beer is made by brewing and fermenting malted barley and is mostly flavoured with hops. On the other hand, Cider is alcoholic is produced from fermenting apple juice or pear juice.
  3. Cider which is made from juice can be alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic. On the other hand, beer contains alcohol, but in a small percentage.
  4. Cider comes in dry and sweet varieties. Beer is also classified into two categories based on the temperature of brewing. if the brewing takes place in a low temperature, then it is called as larger and when brewed at high temperature it is called as ale.
  5. Ciders come in completely clear to cloudy with sediment ranges. Cider comes in light yellow, orange or brown colours. Beer comes in pale, dark and very dark colours.
  6. Ciders have more disease fighting antioxidants than beer. The phenolic in ciders combat diseases like cancer, heart attack and the like.
In conclusion, it is depend on the responsibility how you serve it . Many ciders are 6% and bone dry. it contains all sugar and fermented out. These have more calories than a 4.3% beer, but can have less calories per unit alcohol. So you might drink less to get the same level of drunkenness, so overall your calorie intake could be lower.

Cider is a fermented alcoholic beverage made from apple juice.Cider varies in alcohol content from 2% to 8.5%  or more in traditional English ciders. In some regions, such as Germany and America, cider may be called Apple wine.

Comparison Between Cambodia And New Zealand's  Food.

With the fast development of modern technology and the dramatic decrease in the price of takeaway food, it is becoming common for people to eat junk food. Although it is convenient for people to choose variety of food which comes from different countries all over the world, but it also makes people facing overweight problem. Have you ever wonder about Kiwis's food and my country's food ? which one is more healthier ? 

Cambodia's foods: has a similarity between Thai and Vietnamese's food. we normally eat most kind of food with fresh vegetable and rice. Fish and green vegetable are usually being appeared on the Cambodian's menus. Local people only eat fresh food not frozen, because our country is full of fresh varieties of fruits , meats , and vegetables. so i hardly see any overweight  or high cholesterol people . Cambodians don't have a habit of eating out, Housewives like to cook home-made meal .  

 
Kiwi'foods: Most of the home cooking prepared at households is now a mix of traditional kiwiana dishes heavily modified by Mediterranean and asian techniques and ingredients. It adapted versions of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian cuisine. In the more culturally traditional parts of the country, such as rural Canterbury  and the West Coast. However, traditional Kiwiana fares are still the norm at many homes.What i find out about New Zealanders , they like to eat junk food especially Fish and Chips. Kiwi meal is recognized divide in three portion which is chick peas, a chug of steak or fish, salad on the side. Kiwi's food has mixed between British and Maori cuisine. Most of their meals have potatoes or kumara.

In summarise, these two country's foods are both good and healthy.  As long as you follow the routine of eating green vegetables and doing exercise.



Visited Yoga Class

 photos were taken from the wall in the yoga class. I added it up together , so i did not need to post it a lot. It tells you about the state of being healthy and help to fight your sickness or many diseases.


This is the way of doing yoga exercise , it is a part of meditation. it has a lot benefited for people who wanted to lose weight .
I recorded this video in stead of doing the interview because the teacher did not agree to do face to face interview but i was allowed to record their motivation.

Reflective Writing About Health

I really enjoy doing this task so much , because i went to yoga class and found out a lot of information about Health's tips. i have read a lot website that contact to health and how to make your body more healthy and keep you fit.

 I also read one article from Unitec free magazine about the editor call Ashley Smith . She has written how to make your mind better when you in the stress time . One message which i really interested the most is " Instead of rushing to get ready and get out the door in the morning, i have been allowing an extra half hour to my morning schedule by waking up early. This give me the time to sit down and enjoy my breakfast rather than standing in front of the bathroom mirror balancing a spoonful of yoghurt in one hand, and a mascara wand in the other. i am making a genuine attempt to focus on my action and be present in the moment as they are happening". (Unitec's magazine, Mind Body Soul, page 4 and 5). This mean to me that i should allow my self enjoy the surrounding nature instead being rush to go to school and always skipping my breakfast all time. 

 I went to the yoga class last Friday at the evening . i have arranged the timetable to go to the yoga place where located in the city. I looked at the Maxx transportation website and went there by myself. Before i went for my research i had been checking a lot website about yoga and thinking about a few question to ask. The yoga teacher name is Peter miller, he has been working as a part time yoga teacher about 9 years. His main job is self- employed artist. The first question that i asked him was , what is yoga? According the motivation of yoga is quite slow and doesn't need a lot of energy , but why people can lose weight after doing yoga exercise . The answer is yoga is connected with physical and tough motivation makes you sweat and reduce your stressfulness.

After i have been spending my time looked at the students did the exercise then i realized yoga  is such a nice exercise as you have to put a lot of effort in it as well be patience to learn . It takes you a lot of time to process step by step . Actually the result is good by the end of day. it has benefit for people who have cancer or wanted to lose weight.

In conclusion, i have learned a lot about this task and i'm looking forward to represent my experience to the whole class. i highly recommence all people to try learn doing yoga.
