Task 2

Evidence Of Career In The Future

This is the picture that i took infront of my workplace. This place is a such a good to play a role as my occupation. I used it as my task 2 research.

Task 2 is about the career in the future. i decided to use my work places as the example of my future career.

Firstly i though i should have finished my English course , then i am going to study Business Management major where It will be in Unitec or AU. To be able to study in AU, It is depending how many credits that pursuit cognition to meet AU's requirement. This major will be demanding to finish 3 years. After i graduate my degree , i want to open my own business and expand it. I want to open an international export and import company, because i like travelling and hate being stuck in one place, also i would like to follow my father's footstep. He has a company that imports the stocks from China to Cambodia.

Although i did not add enough essential knowledge in this task, i tried my best to find as many information as I could about something that related to this task. I went to attend a business conference and visit wine tasting place. i wasn't allowed to take photos when I attended the conference . so I have checked the useful internet sites about NZ career web site tested my self ability.

I have research some information and took some pictures of my work place. If you are interested or have any question please me a comment and discuss your career in the future. i am looking forward your feedback and sharing your different idea. i have also get some link for you if you need to know more detail. I was not really enjoy doing this task  because i had difficulties of finding the information about my future career.

My Future Plans

Everyone in this world has a future, nobody doesn't have their own dreams plans or future goal. Even though their dream is big or small, as long as you put an effort to achieve it, dream about what you want and make a commitment to achieve them. Do you want to achieve great things and live in big life or do you just want to get by?

My most imminent plan is to go back to school and graduate my diploma class. During studying the diploma in English, i have to make sure that my English both speaking and writing will get me into academic study. I am going to study business management next year. I know it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes to study this subject. If my dreams are not exciting to me, i will never be passionate to achieve them.

In five years time, I see my self still studying, as i believe that i am ambitious for new knowledge and my future career. Academic recognition will probably require more than just a Bachelor's degree. I hope to be able to show academic results high enough to pursue further better work.

In ten years time, i might open my own business as an international import and export company. The reason would i like to do this business, because not only does it require little financial investment to start, but it offers the prestige of working with clients from all over the world. I don't need to have previous experience in the field, but i have to be good at organizing and constantly paying a little attention in detail. The biggest advantage is the money you will make. Once you get the business underway, the commission for setting up sales is very profitable. Despite the advantages of this business, the most important step in setting up your business is finding the contacts. you may have relatives in a foreign country, you may have frequently visited and established business relationship in a country. or you might just have a feeling for what will sell where. Also you have to keep informed, read books, newspapers or any publications about world trade.

In conclusion, when you truly believe that you can do it, you will actually plan it right and do it with confidence and eventually achieve it. Stop waiting for things to happen and go and make them happen. As one quote said" no matter how huge the tree, if you take a sharp axes and swing at it, it will eventually fall".

Video

This is the evidence of my recording between my classmate Sadiyo and i. I interviewed her about her life story and about her education. Click on this link to see my interview video .

Reflective Writing

This is my second time that I have recorded my self in the video between Sadiyo and I. It was quite nervous  and a bit of stifling at the first recording, but later on I was started enjoyable mingling to her. She has such a really nice Kiwi accent and natural fluency English Speaking, because of she used to study in New Zealand high school and pretty much she also grew up in this country . My speaking partner has lived in here for more than 10 years. She is planning to do course of Early childhood education after she completes her English course.

I have found out that i made a lot of  my grammar mistakes  and also we didn’t give each other well feed back. For example, I used word ah ha… err….. Instead of (that’s sound interesting or wonderful). During the conversation, my partner and I try to make it as natural as we can do , so I couldn’t worry too much about grammar structure.  I don’t think when people watch this video find it boring or misunderstanding, Even though we didn’t do it perfectly while we was being recorded. I am  really pleased after watch it over again , Because both of speak fluently, clear loud voice and also clear pronunciation.

I am looking forward about doing in the next task , so I can improve my self more . Not only both speaking and listening , but it also is apart of building self confidence, be able to learn from your mistake and correct it as your experience. Thank you everyone for your watching my video! Cheers….. ^^…….
